First Session.. What to Expect?
Our first session will be an introduction. We will discuss about your expectations and what answers you are searching for. First session will be sufficient to make you realize if you are ready to start this journey or not.
I love working with individuals who are ambitious, self-driven, realize their weaknesses and their shortcomings, and are ready for a meaningful change. Please try to be as open and honest with me as you can because the more genuine you are, the more we will discover what’s stopping you from realizing your full potential.
Each one of us is destined for greatness, the problem I see is that society and culture, family, and friends limit our progress selflessly but not for the interest of our progress.

Our Approach
Our approach is to help you overcome challenges by listening to your story, discover issues at the surface, and utilize many CBT techniques to delve into deeper motivations, which are usually responsible for low self-esteem, overthinking, and self-blame, causing you to feel stress, anxious, sad, disconnected or depressed. When we manage the source of the problem, we will be able to deal with symptoms more clearly.

Getting Better
You might wonder what it feels like to be better. I can tell you from now, getting better is a long and challenging process. You need to do things you have never done before; to challenge yourself, look into your habits, redefine what you want, and what you once thought are important things to attain.
We will try to redefine your values, that’s an important process, if the values you hold high are noble, you will find noble problems to solve, but if the values you hold are earthly, shaken, and have no real significance, you will only be faced with problems that are of the same value.
The journey will be long and tiring, but super rewarding. With relentless dedication, your happiness will become your personal project, you will start looking at life from a different lens, enjoying sunshine, sunrise, a smile from a stranger, giving aid to the less fortunate, and connecting with your friends, family and community in a more meaningful way.

What to Expect
Every individual progress at their own pace. Mentoring sessions are usually 45 minutes in length and between 4 & 8 sessions spanning 1 to 3 months of on-going mentoring.
First session will include an introduction to CBT, and we will get to know each other better. You will learn how CBT works, and we will discover what is bothering you.
CBT offers you the power to guide your own progress. It is goal oriented and a problem solver. We believe every issue has an embedded cause that needs discovering, dissolve the power it has on you, and introduce better ways to deal with problems and go on through life with a new perspective.
More sessions will progress at your own pace. We will get into identifying, challenging and restructuring negative thoughts, introduce new values and habits, setting goals that are specific and achievable, leading into discovering positive feelings that we all long for: happiness, love, sense of belonging, freedom and productivity.
